Flint Knapped Prehistoric Paleolithic tool kit made by me, a traditional prehistoric technique flint knapper.
The Acheulean first appears in the archaeological record as early as 1.7 million years ago in the West Turkana area of Kenya and contemporaneously in southern Africa. This toolkit includes the most iconic lower Palaeolithic Tools, a large hand axe characterised by bifacial working , along with a scraper and selection of blades/flakes that could be used as tools or made into flake tools, and a hammerstone.
Each is unique and can be customised at request, made from locally sourced Flint in the UK.
- I can include photographs from raw nodule to finished flints and supply stands and certificates, even a little video of the making if you’d like.
Ready in Less than 5 Working days, or sooner if I have one in stock!
